In-Store Pickup
If you select in-store pickup as your shipping method, you will be notified by email when your order is ready to be picked up. Please wait until you've received your shipment notification before to coming to the AU Bookstore.

On Campus Delivery
The AU Bookstore is happy to offer free delivery to campus departments located within the city limits of Auburn, Alabama. If you work on campus and would like your order delivered, please select "on campus delivery" as your shipping option during checkout. Orders placed by noon are delivered the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered on the following business day.
Shipping Policies
Orders ship within 24 hours on in-stock merchandise.
The AU Bookstore receives shipments of textbooks daily. If you order multiple titles, all of the books may not become available at the same time. If this is the situation, we will ship the books to you as they become available.
Next Day air shipments will be delivered the next business day.
2nd Day air shipments will be delivered within 2 business days.
On average, your order will be received in 7 to 10 working days. During peak times like August and December, delivery time may take longer.
